  • What time of day do you set up and take down the sign?

    We set up your sign the night before the celebration, usually around or after sundown. Pickup takes place around 7-8pm the next day for a typical 24-hour sign.

  • Do I need to be there for the set-up?

    Nope— we do it all! Our team will let you know what time they plan to set up and take down your sign. If it’s a surprise, we recommend the person receiving the surprise is out of the house or at least not looking out the windows when our team arrives.

  • What about the weather?

    Our signs are completely weatherproof. If strong winds or other severe weather conditions prevent your signs from being set up, we will reach out to reschedule or provide a full refund. We deliver signs in snow, rain or shine!

  • What qualifies as a "single phrase" sign?

    Some common “single phrase” sign greetings include but are not limited to happy birthday, congratulations, mazel tov, happy anniversary, welcome home, plus a name. Feel free to contact us about custom, out-of-the-box phrases for your sign!

  • Can I surprise my neighbor / friend / relative at a different address than myself?

    Yes! You can place an order for anyone!

  • How do I pay?

    Once you have filled out our booking request form, we will confirm the details with you and then send an invoice via email.
